Apartment Hunting - Advice? =o

soooo i'm going up to Orlando tomorrow to check out apartments. heading off to the university in the fall =]

this is the first time i've ever been apartment hunting for myself. my boyfriend's coming with me, since we're moving to Orlando together, but other than that, i'm pretty new to the scene here. i'm hoping i can find somewhere that's close to the school, relatively nice as far as quality, and cheap. luckily they've got student discounts for Full Sail students, so maybe that'll help a little. there're some deals even where you get your first three months free if you're a student =o

should be fun though. we're staying the weekend up there for the rest of spring break. i'm thinking we might drive down to Miami too and hang out there ;]

if you've got any advice on finding apartments and whatnot, i'd appreciate the input =] advice on college in general's good too :rose:

Well when my mom and I were looking for apartments for a friend who was going to move down here, someone told us that a local complex had frequent issues with flooding, cockroaches, termites, and mold >_>;

I immediately was like. "Um. Gross?" xD
